Terms and Conditions

Thank you for considering us for your childcare facility's catering needs. Below, please find the terms and conditions associated with our company.

Offerings Each meal provided will include entrees, sides, and one snack, all within our standard lunch rate.

Additional Snack Offerings In consideration of potential child hunger levels, we are willing to offer additional snack at a flat rate of $2.00 per child 

Delivery Schedule  For locations within a 5km radius of our Burnaby office, complimentary delivery maybe included in our services. For locations farther than 5km, a monthly flat rate of $50 applies.

To ensure timely delivery, please provide us with advance notice of your allocated delivery time for lunch. 

Trial Period No commitment to a contract is required.  All Lunch Meals are Non refundable.   

We can schedule a small taste test for teachers as a courtesy before completing the enrollment process, upon request.

Flexibility We understand that enrollment numbers may fluctuate throughout the month. To accommodate these changes, please provide 72 hours' advance notice prior to the following month for any increases or decreases in the number of children.
